RULES:
Tickets can be purchased for $100 each through Parents Promoting Ag, Inc.
This raffle drawing is for a NEW 2022 EZGO EX1 Gas Golf Cart.
Only 150 tickets will be sold for this raffle. The drawing for the Golf Cart will be June 1st, 2023 at the Emmett CityGolf Course, 2102 W Sales Yard Rd, Emmett, ID 83617 and streamed online on the ParentsPromoting Ag Facebook Page.
This drawing will be held regardless if all 150 tickets are sold.
The winner must coordinate pick up of the cart by July 1st, 2023, from its location at the Emmett City Golf Course, 2102 W Sales Yard Rd, Emmett, ID 83617. If item is not picked up by July31st, 202 the item will be forfeited back to Parents Promoting Ag.
Winner is required to complete a W9 form so a 1099 can be issued for 2023. Parents Promoting Ag, Inc. is organized as a nonprofit corporation, EIN 84-4334552, under and pursuant to the Idaho Nonprofit Corporation Act. The Corporation is organized for charitable, educational, or scientific purposes within the meaning of Section 501(c)(3) of the IRS Code of 1986. Contributions made to the Parents Promoting Ag Inc are tax deductible.
